When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, area of focus and the context you share. We also collect basic, anonymised analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver coaching, and improve the website. The content of coaching conversations is held in strict confidence and never shared without your explicit consent.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to prospective and current clients. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted processors who help us operate (for example, email and scheduling tools), under appropriate agreements.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purpose it was given, then delete it securely.
Your rights
