Answers, before you ask
The things most people want to know first. If yours isn't here, the discovery call is the place for it.
The things worth asking first
And if yours isn't here, ask it on the call — that's what it's for.
Yes — completely. Confidentiality is the foundation of the work. Nothing you share is disclosed, and you are never named, quoted or referenced anywhere without your explicit written consent. In corporate engagements, sponsors receive high-level themes only; the content of your sessions stays private.
Therapy tends to work with the past to heal; mentoring offers advice from someone who's done your specific job. Coaching is forward-facing and built around you — a structured, confidential partnership that sharpens your own thinking and judgement so you make better decisions and act on them.
Most engagements run on fortnightly 1:1 sessions over several months, in person on the Isle of Man or by secure video. We begin with a diagnosis phase, work through your live situations session by session, then embed the practices so the gains hold. Length and rhythm are agreed to fit your context.
Most clients notice a shift in clarity within the first few sessions. Durable change — new habits, repaired patterns, measurable outcomes — typically builds over three to six months. The aim is a new baseline, not a temporary high.
Yes. In-person sessions are based on the Isle of Man; video sessions are available all over the world, scheduled around your time zone. Many clients combine the two.
Fees depend on the scope and length of the engagement and are discussed openly on the discovery call. The call itself is free and carries no obligation — its only job is to establish whether the work is right for you.
Book a confidential discovery call. We'll talk through what you're facing and what you want to change, and decide together whether to proceed. If it isn't the right fit, you'll still leave with a clearer perspective.
One honest conversation can change the next ten years.
The discovery call is free, confidential, and carries no obligation. Its only job is to find out whether this is right for you. If it isn’t, you’ll still leave with a clearer view.
